Monday - bowling
Tuesday - chiropractor, the Butterfly, do laundry, pay bills, bag trash, TAKE OUT TRASH, caulk shower, vacuum, apply leather protection, clean furniture, glue rocking chair, assemble tables
Wednesday - strength training
Thursday - cardio, clean gutters, trim tree / hedges, weed, collect yard waste
Friday - strength training
Saturday - cardio
Sunday - go to church, call Grandma, strength training, grocery shopping, do laundry
